How do I book a session on the App?

Go to Calendar and hit the + sign, or your Client Overview page and click on 'Book Session'. You can select the option 'Other' for a personal entry. Any booked times will appear to your client as 'busy' unless it is a training session with them.

How to I create a Block Booking on the web/tablet?

Block Bookings are available to PTs who have upgraded to a Pro Account. Go to the top menu and select Block Bookings from the 'Calendar' dropdown options. Hit the 'Create New' button.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click the 'Forgotten Password?' button link on the Login page. A box will appear, please enter your email address and click 'Send'. An email containing a new password will be sent to this email address.

Can I create my own exercises?

Yes. On both the web and the app you can create your own exercises which will be only viewable by you and your clients.

Can I add training videos from other websites to my exercises?

Yes, simply add the web address video link to the description of the exercise, and you will be taken to the video when using the training module.

How do I change my calendar settings?

You can only change your calendar settings on the web/tablet version of PT Portal. Go to your Calendar and hit the 'gear/cog' image next to Create Event. This will allow you to amend your working hours. Hours you do not work will appear greyed out.

Can you change the currency from pounds to dollars?

Yes, this can only be done on the web/tablet login. It will change your app settings automatically. Go to 'My Profile' and scroll down to the Currency section. Select your correct currency from the dropdown and hit 'Save Changes'.

How do I activate text message session reminders?

All you need to do is upgrade to a Pro account at www.ptportal.com and you and your clients will automatically receive text message session reminders. Never miss a session again!
